These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the CROWNED Magazine website and to purchases made through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ABOUT CROWNED

CROWNED Magazine is published by Dewi Hijab Universe Ventures in collaboration with The Art Figura.

CROWNED is an English-language magazine published in Malaysia and made available to readers internationally.

OUR PRODUCTS

CROWNED offers:

Digital Editions — electronic magazine editions supplied through digital delivery.

Print Editions — physical magazine editions delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided to help customers make an informed purchase.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product or checkout page.

The final amount payable will include applicable delivery charges, taxes and other charges where applicable.

Promotional prices and member rates may differ from standard prices.

Prices and promotions may change, but a confirmed order will not be affected by a later price change.

ORDERS

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable basis to believe that it involves fraud, unauthorised use, a material pricing error or other misuse of the website.

DIGITAL EDITIONS

A digital magazine is supplied for the personal use of the purchaser.

Purchasing a digital edition does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce the digital file
Upload it to a website or file-sharing service
Forward or distribute the file to others
Resell the digital file
Make the file available publicly
Use the publication commercially without permission

If a digital download is unavailable or defective, please contact us so that we can assist.

PRINT EDITIONS

The purchaser receives ownership of the physical copy supplied.

Ownership of the printed magazine does not transfer copyright in its editorial material, photography, artwork, design or other protected material.

The contents may not be reproduced, scanned, digitised, republished or commercially reproduced without permission from the relevant rights holder.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CROWNED Magazine and its website contain editorial writing, photography, artwork, graphics, layouts, logos, design elements and other intellectual property belonging to CROWNED Magazine, its publisher, collaborators or respective rights holders.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

A discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
A discount code cannot be sold or transferred for commercial gain.
Promotional codes may have expiry dates or usage limits.
Certain products may be excluded from a promotion.
